Entity: Finance Job Family Group: Finance Group Job Description: The Data Operations Analyst is accountable for executing master data operations across Business Units ensuring Compliance with governance standards, Service Level Agreements (SLA), and internal controls. The role proactively handles data quality, operational risk, and stakeholder expectations to support operational excellence and compliance. Key Accountabilities and challenges Accountable for accurate, complete and timely end-to-end master data lifecycle maintenance of material, vendor, customer, pricing and finance master in accordance with master data standards, governance policies and Service Level Agreements (SLA) across relevant systems. Proactive tracking, analysis and resolving outstanding operational issues or delays, ensuring risks to business operations, reporting, or compliance are identified early. Take accountability to bring up any critical issues to higher levels for direction and feedback. Run Data performance reports for the key quality measures of completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and accuracy Support KPI reporting to measures completeness, consistency, accuracy and control measures in preventing unauthorised changes. Identify and contribute to the digitization and continuous improvement initiatives in data management processes to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness and control. Support project and transformation initiatives, including business requirement definition, data enrichment and cleansing activities. Build strong relationship with the data user network and ensure they have a thorough understanding of the data management change request process. Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions and procedures to ensure they remain current and aligned with operational changes, system enhancements, and governance requirements. Support internal and external audit queries and handle ad-hoc or administrative activities as required. Qualifications, Competencies & Attitude Bachelor’s Degree in Operation Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or related field Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience handling a client-service oriented function with experience in Procurement and Supply chain field experience Sound experience in JDE, Fusion & Salesforce or other SAP is preferred Previous experience in data structures or item master management/administration. Experience of working cross culturally and international business environment. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Engaging and collaborative teammate with an inclusive, cooperative, and supportive approach to working with others. Resilience and ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment while keeping control, focus, and quality standards.
