Construction Superintendent Piping

Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during fabrication process. Ensure that all piping is properly preserved as per approved project specs. Share lessons learned and best practices with contractor. Promote safe working environment by attending TBT, RA and being visible at site. Direct all Piping installation and completion activity to ensure zero carry-over work upon leaving the yard Manage and ensure successful execution of CP Topsides piping fabrication project components to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule, and others, as appropriate). To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the piping fabrication, Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards. To check the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance with all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team Contractor. To review deviations to LNG construction standards for comments with Contractors / Subcontractors input, to deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, pre-com/com dossiers, as built …) for the construction activities. Identify any areas of concern with respect to progress and/or quality and recommend corrective actions as required.
