Senior Technical Hse Engineer

Senior Technical HSE Engineer Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Chartered/Professional Engineer certification preferred. Experience 10+ years of post-graduate experience, including 6+ years in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong knowledge of Technical HSE engineering standards, codes, and practices. Experience in engineering project delivery, safety compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination. Strong communication, presentation, and technical reporting skills. Key Responsibilities Provide Technical HSE engineering support across all project phases, from concept and FEED to detailed design and commissioning. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, HSE requirements, and project quality objectives. Conduct site surveys, technical reviews, risk assessments, and engineering studies. Review and approve technical documents, method statements, bid packages, and contract variations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors to resolve technical issues. Monitor engineering schedules and support effective project execution. Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering standards and best practices. Mentor junior engineers and support technical competency development.
