Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Data Center (MEP) Experience: 8+ Years Contract Duration : 12 Months Location: Abu Dhabi Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Management Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center projects from initiation through commissioning and handover. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required. MEP Project Execution Oversee engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Manage critical infrastructure including: HVAC and Precision Cooling Systems (CRAC/CRAH) Chillers and Cooling Towers UPS Systems DG Sets Transformers and Switchgear Fire Detection and Suppression Systems Plumbing and Drainage Systems BMS and DCIM Systems Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 8+ years of experience in MEP project management. At least 5+ years of experience managing Data Center or Mission-Critical Facility projects. Demonstrated experience in commissioning and delivery of Tier III or Tier IV Data Centers. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, power distribution, cooling systems, and critical environments.
