Key Responsibilities Support contract drafting and contract review activities during tender and pre-contract phases, helping to ensure obligations, deliverables, and commercial terms are clearly understood. Assist with contract administration throughout project execution, including maintaining contract records, correspondence, meeting minutes, and key documentation. Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, deadlines, and milestones to support timely and compliant project performance. Support change management activities by reviewing variation and change documentation and maintaining accurate change order logs and status tracking. Contribute to contract compliance monitoring by participating in project meetings and helping identify potential contractual risks, issues, or variations. Support contract close-out activities, including documentation management, warranty-related follow-up, and final account preparation support. Liaise effectively with project stakeholders to provide guidance on contractual requirements and support the resolution of contract-related matters. Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting reviews of contract management procedures and capturing lessons learned from executed contracts. Qualifications & Experience Essential: Degree in Business Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent from a recognised higher learning institution. Essential: Knowledge of contractual terms and commercial administration. Essential: Minimum five years of proven experience in a contract administration or quantity surveying role.
