Supervisor Site Dredging

Supervise daily dredging, reclamation, breakwater, quay wall, revetment, jetty, and marine construction activities. Monitor contractor, subcontractor, and workforce performance to ensure compliance with project plans. Coordinate the deployment and utilization of dredgers, barges, tugs, survey vessels, and support marine equipment. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Track dredging production rates, including verifying dredging depths, excavation quantities, disposal activities, land reclamation levels and progress against project targets. Identify construction constraints and recommend corrective actions. Ensure strict compliance with project HSE policies and procedures and report unsafe conditions and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures. Ensure inspection and test plans (ITPs) are implemented effectively to ensure compliance with approved quality standards and assist in punch list preparation and closure. Verify dredging volumes and completed quantities, coordinating with surveyors for hydrographic and topographic surveys. Prepare daily site reports detailing workforce, equipment utilization, production, weather conditions, and progress.
