Contracts Specialist

Develop, coordinate and evaluate tender packages for construction works and services Manage construction contracts from tendering through to completion and close-out Negotiate commercial terms, conditions and pricing to support project schedules and budgets Prepare clear, well-structured contract and procurement documentation Identify contractual and commercial risks during the pre-contract stage Work closely with engineering, legal, project controls, quality and logistics stakeholders Administer contracts during execution, including correspondence and formal contract notices Assess payment claims, variations and extension of time claims Develop detailed pricing schedules, methods of measurement and rules of credit Identify cost-saving and value improvement opportunities Provide commercial reports and advice to support decision-making Mentor and support junior members of the contracts and procurement team
