Lead the Project SHES strategy and governance framework. Ensure compliance with LNG SHES Management System and regulatory requirements. Direct contractor SHES performance management and assurance programmes. Provide SHES leadership to Project Management and Operations. Lead strategic risk management and critical risk control verification. Approve Project SHES Plans, procedures and assurance programmes. Lead major incident investigations and organizational learning. Develop SHES capability, succession planning and leadership coaching. Drive workforce engagement, worker welfare and positive safety culture. Promote continuous improvement and SHES excellence throughout project execution.
