Partner with the best As an Electro-Mechanical Technician you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of mechanical assemblies. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for: · Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy · Configuring test stations and systems · Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests, and troubleshooting equipment problems · Assisting in the set-up of experiments and the recordings of experimental data in collaboration with Engineering and Reliability groups · Testing and evaluating the performance and, if required, repairing general purpose test equipment · Providing leadership/coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence · Working in compliance with HS&E policies and procedures Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have a 2 year technical diploma or Associates degree in Electrical/Electronics field or higher · Have at least 2 years of related experience in electro-mechanical function in oil and Gas industry/domain · Have advanced skills in soldering, assembling trouble shooting, of electro-mechanical devices · Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists · Be proficient in the use of measurement and gauging equipment and processes · Be proficient in the use of multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers and other basic instruments · Have a strong written and oral English skills Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
