We are currently recruiting a QC Inspector (Quality Completions) for Global Oil & Gas EPC to join the Pluto Train 1 Modification Project team based in Karratha on an initial contract until end of February 2027. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Structural, Mechanical and Piping systems are installed and meet the required standards and project requirements to enable pressure testing to be completed. This role involves inspections, detailed reporting, and collaboration with contractor, engineers, construction manager, and other stakeholders to ensure safety and compliance for deployed activity and day-to-day direction functional reporting to the Quality Lead at the Karratha Site. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Carry out walkdown inspections to ensure systems are inspected as completed to enable pressure testing to proceed Witness Pressure testing, Internal Cleanliness, Line Blowing Ensure Inspection and Test Record activities are completed by the contractor Review and ensure that welding and NDE traceability is complete prior to testing Conduct detailed inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards. Carry out Materials and Preservation Inspections Verify that procedures, qualifications, and processes meet the required standards. Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and records. Document and report any discrepancies, defects, or deviations from standards. Compile surveillance inspection reports for Quality activities Monitor and enforce quality control procedures and safety standards. Collaborate with other inspectors and stakeholders to resolve quality issues. Participate in quality audits and implement corrective actions as necessary..
