KBR is looking for a Senior Travel Coordinator to be based in Abu Dhabi Job Summary The Senior Travel Coordinator is responsible for travel arrangements for employees and new hires. This role ensures cost-effective, policy-compliant, and seamless travel experiences while coordinating with travel agency. The Senior Travel Coordinator also supports travel reporting, and travel-related issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and travel insurance if necessary. Ensure all travel bookings comply with company/client travel policies and budget guidelines. Provide travel support for employees and new hires. Monitor travel schedules and proactively address itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergencies. Process travel requests and ensure TAF approvals are obtained, and related documentation in a timely manner before issuance of the ticket. Any related business travel expenses need to be monitored and processed. Maintain accurate travel records and reports. Handle travel-related inquiries and provide exceptional service to business. Monitor travel risks, travel advisories, and ensure traveler safety compliance. Qualifications and Experience Travel related certification is preferrable. Minimum 7-9 years of experience in corporate travel management, travel coordination, or a similar role. Experience in supporting executive-level travel arrangements. Familiarity with travel booking systems. Knowledge of visa processing requirements and international travel regulations. Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
