Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a commercially minded professional to provide contract administration, tendering, procurement, and commercial support across a portfolio of projects. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in managing contractual obligations, mitigating risk, supporting project delivery, and driving strong commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage contract administration and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. Review contracts, identify risks, and monitor contractual obligations. Prepare tenders, bids, proposals, and EOIs. Support procurement, contract execution, and project mobilisation. Prepare progress claims, variations, and contractual correspondence. Assist with project forecasting, cost tracking, and commercial reporting. Maintain accurate contract records and support continuous improvement initiatives. About You Qualification in Contract Management, Commerce, Business, Construction, or a related field. Experience in contracts, commercial, or contract administration roles. Experience in mining, construction, civil, maintenance, or project-based environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
