Under the transaction, PT Shell Indonesia (PTSI) has agreed to transfer the Shell Group’s Mobility Business to a joint venture formed by Citadel Pacific Limited and the Sefas Group. As part of the process, PTSI will first transfer the Mobility Business to PT Shell Retail Indonesia (PTSRI), a wholly owned Shell Group entity, through a spin-down. Upon completion of the transaction, the buyer and its nominee will acquire 100% of the shares in PTSRI. If you are currently an out-of-scope employee, by applying for this role, you agree to become an in-scope employee and consent to the transfer of your employment to PTSRI as part of the spin-down process. If selected, you will receive an offer and employment contract from PTSRI and will be required to complete the necessary documentation related to your employment transfer, including a PTSRI employment contract and consent declaration. Shell Mobility sells approximately 200 billion liters of fuel annually and generates around USD 6 billion in Convenience Retail sales. The business operates over 46,000 sites across 80 countries through both direct operations and indirect channels, including joint ventures and brand licensees. In addition, C&P Mobility manages approximately USD 9.5 billion in third-party spend, oversees more than 4,200 contracts, and delivers around USD 265 million in annual cost improvements. What’s the role As a Finance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing financial insight and strategic support to the business. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will help identify, evaluate, and address opportunities and challenges, prioritizing initiatives based on their value and risk. You will also be responsible for delivering finance expertise and capabilities that enable the achievement of key business objectives across a range of activities and assets. In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of business activities, projects, and growth opportunities within Shell Indonesia. Your primary focus will be on the Mobility Indonesia business, providing financial analysis and decision support across areas such as business case development and review, investment proposals and capital governance, business valuation and financial modelling, Fit4 initiatives, inorganic growth opportunities, and finance support for the Services business. Through your expertise, you will help drive informed decision-making and sustainable business performance. What you’ll be doing Lead financial reporting, analysis, and accounting reviews to ensure accurate financial records and alignment with business performance. Partner with business and operational teams to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making. Oversee capital investment projects from financial modelling and evaluation through to execution, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Manage and coach Finance Analysts, ensuring effective support for ongoing investment and business activities. Review and support the implementation of new business models, ensuring financial processes, controls, and governance are established and executed effectively. Support business initiatives, investment evaluations, and post-implementation reviews to assess financial performance and value creation. Collaborate with Finance Centers of Excellence (Tax, Treasury, Controllership, Legal, and Reporting) to address complex financial matters and ensure compliance. Provide financial structuring, risk assessment, and commercial advisory support for business growth, investments, and market expansion opportunities. Act as the key finance contact for regulatory reporting, government submissions, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Maintain strong financial controls, oversee statutory and group reporting requirements, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Lead finance-related change management initiatives arising from regulatory, tax, accounting, and business process changes. Support new business and market entry activities, including entity setup, investment assessments, cash forecasting, and financial process design. Monitor regulatory developments, identify potential business risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation actions. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and business leaders.
