Support the teams in implementing best practices ensuring efficiency and consistency.</span></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:14px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><u><b>Job Specific Accountabilities</b></u></H2> </div><div><ul><li>Plan and monitor naval architectural and design engineering best practices in marine new building projects</li><li>Drawing Review of vessel structural, outfitting, accommodation, machinery, cargo drawings to ensure compliance with all applicable Codes, Standards, requirements, and good engineering practices</li><li>To contribute to the technical performance and planning activities across the fleets of ADNOC L & S by conducting analyses and coordinating with internal departments in order to ensure the timely consolidation and execution of the fleets performance.</li><li>To direct the development and execution of long term regulatory, statutory and classification requirements and plan projects accordingly</li><li>To develop and monitor plans and programs aimed at ensuring the continuous efficiency of the fleet vessels.</li><li>To analyse present fuel efficiency and monitor the daily consumption. To study means of reducing fuel consumption.</li><li>To implement and continuously monitor the achievement of the Division KPIs and the Balanced Score Card for the Division to reinforce a vessel wide drive for performance.</li><li>To direct the development and execution of the minor and major capital project development, planning and delivery.</li><li>To monitor the performance of the planned maintenance system and monitor vessel compliance of work orders and inventory.</li><li>To assist the fleets in technical incident and equipment failure investigations in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Automation and Engineering as a technical Subject Matter Experts (SME) in order to sustain the productivity, integrity and reliability of the fleet vessels.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Minimum Requirements: </b></H2> </div><div><p><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent</span><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">• Marine Chief Engineer certificate of competency</span><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">• Marine sailing experience as a watch keeping engineer at a management rank</span><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">• Experience in Gas, Tanker and Dry vessels is preferred.</span><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">• In-depth knowledge of Technical Services performances and best practices.</span><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">• In-depth knowledge of general mechanical/electrical engineering and marine automation.</span></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:14px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><u><b>Professional Certifications</b></u></H2> </div><div><p
