Construction Area Manager

Promote incident-free operations through continuous monitoring and leadership engagement. Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations. Review and approve construction methodologies, work packs, lifting plans, and site procedures. Optimize resource allocation, productivity, and construction sequencing. Identify and resolve construction constraints and interface issues. Ensure timely completion of milestones and project deliverables. Review progress reports, manpower deployment, and productivity metrics. Track construction costs and progress against approved baselines. Participate in recovery planning and schedule optimization initiatives. Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. Participate in management meetings and provide senior-level status updates.
