Fuel your passion The Centrifugal Compressors Specialist coordinates and oversees work at the field site, providing quality service to the customer. Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow-up activities. Provides the planning necessary for the job, including instructions to the crew and equipment used. Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators. Coordinates the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. May evaluate individual performance levels of the crew and train operators to improve their job performance. Having good Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Working Skills, and being mainly specialized in Centrifugal Compressors Products from Nuovo Pignone BCL, MCL, and PCL models. Working under minimal supervision while receiving and following established tasks according to the Maintenance or Installation activities schedule on Customer equipment in the Field. Actively collaborating with other crew members in the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of Customer Equipment in the Field at Customer Sites. Being responsible for the execution of specific tasks following the Site Quality Check Lists provided for the agreed scope of work. Interacting with Customer Representatives and the Site Team on routine matters at the Field Job Site such as coordination meetings. Providing all required records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes IET Supervisor, while promoting and maintaining good team relations. Executing all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors and following all TPS Service applicable processes and procedures. Performing other related duties as required. Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality, and Compliance). Have at least 5 years'+ of experience in field service or maintenance position. Bachelor Degree preferred. Industry experience and IET product line training required. Have participated in Minor/Major outages, commissioning and installation. Know how to perform services like: Laser and dial indicator alignment, Rotor swaps, Dry Gas Seal replacements Have the ability to understand and implement technical drawings. Know maintenance procedures for Nuovo Pignone Centrifugal Compressor Have troubleshooting experience. Have availability to travel 90% of time. Be fluent in English and Spanish.
