Technical Information (DCC) Contract period: 24.08.2026 - 31.12.2027 Location : Stavanger Tasks : Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfils the department plans and procedures Responsible for document management in individual project or contract Ensure that colleagues have a good understanding of routines and tasks performed for various disciplines Responsible for all incoming and outgoing deliveries which go through document control Responsible for the establishment of an electronic archive in internal document control tool Be familiar with eventual electronic client systems Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation Qualifications : Long experience, 10 to 12 years, in document control within offshore/onshore related projects Knowledge of relevant standards, procedures and requirements Knowledge of modifications on offshore/onshore installations when in operation The ability to work independently, as well as in a team Good communication skills, written and oral Systematic and accurate Has high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements Solution-oriented Collaborative work attitude and accepts a multicultural work environment With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
