This role will provide end -to-end operational and administrative support for the top tier in Operations program, ensuring flawless execution across the full program lifecycle. The candidate will partner with the Leading Operations Skills performance team on daily basis to provide required Programme delivery support. The role focuses on cohort coordination, event organization and management and partner engagement, enabling a high -quality learner experience and smooth program delivery throughout the year. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination & Delivery Coordinate program schedules, calendars, and key breakthroughs across cohorts Support execution of program sessions (virtual / in -person) Ensure readiness of systems and logistics for pre -work, live sessions, and post -program activities Track program progress and proactively highlight risks or delays Provide daily operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the program Event Organisation and delivery Support continuous improvement through feedback collection and insights Cohort Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned cohorts Handle learner onboarding, enrolment, and communications Monitor learner engagement, attendance, and completion status Resolve learner queries and provide timely support Maintain accurate cohort records and dashboards Reporting & Insights Generate and share relevant program reports (attendance, completion, engagement) Maintain dashboards to track cohort and program performance Provide analytical support to assess program impact on individual performance Support data -driven insights for program improvements and partner reviews Stakeholder & Faculty Coordination Liaise with facilitators, SMEs, and program leads for session readiness Ensure availability of materials, pre -work, and post -session documentation Coordinate session logistics, invites, and communications Act as a liaison learners, faculty, and program partners Program Governance & Quality Ensure adherence to defined processes, timelines, and quality standards Maintain audit -ready documentation and records Support governance activities and program reviews Key Skills & Experience Experience in Learning Operations / Program Coordination / Training Delivery Strong working knowledge of MTL / Cornerstone / LMS platforms Experience handling learning programs end -to-end Event Management Strong coordination, communication, and partner management skills Data tracking, reporting, and analytical capability (Excel / Power BI preferred) High attention to detail and problem -solving perspective Success Measures Smooth, error -free program execution throughout. High learner engagement and completion rates Accurate and timely platform administration and reporting Positive partner feedback on coordination and delivery Volumes: Coordinate program schedules, calendars and key achievements across 5 cohorts through the year. Each cohort has up to 30 participants. Handle preprogram and post program activities.
