Work Instruction Specialist Mechanical

Develop strategy-based and non-strategy component replacement work instructions for a range of industrial equipment types. Create preventive maintenance job plans and work instructions for the Jansen Surface & Underground area. Maintain monthly schedule adherence and keep reporting platforms updated on a daily and weekly basis. Collaborate with Maintenance Readiness stakeholders and workstreams, including equipment strategy, master data, and spares management. Engage with project engineering teams and vendors to understand equipment maintainability requirements and Operations and Maintenance manual data availability. Develop work instructions in line with OEM guidance and project requirements. Support the transition-to-operations plan, including work instruction training, team readiness, role competency, tools, shops, and logistics readiness. Complete other relevant tasks within the scope of work instruction development and overall Maintenance Readiness delivery.
