Organisational Change Management Advisor

You will work closely with Project Teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver change plans that support successful adoption and long-term outcomes. Develop and implement Change Management strategies and plans Conduct change impact assessments and identify people-related risks Deliver communication, training and sustainment activities Coach Managers and Supervisors through change transitions Support Project Teams to embed change activities into project plans Monitor project progress, stakeholder engagement and change outcomes Maintain change registers and support coordination of change initiatives Collaborate with HR, Training, Corporate Affairs, Technology and Continuous Improvement teams
