Fuel your passion As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the VECTRA product line by driving technical excellence, quality assurance, process optimization, and software performance. You will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring robust analysis processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective collaboration between technical and software teams. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality deliverables while supporting innovation and customer satisfaction across the organization. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for: Defining and owning the analysis processes and software applications for VECTRA product lines. Providing technical support for the VECTRA platform to ensure report delivery and quality are not impacted by analysis process or software issues. Delivering technical training on new and updated VECTRA processes, methodologies, and software tools. Maintaining and updating VECTRA-related documentation and Quality Metric Systems to ensure compliance with current ISO guidelines. Leading and monitoring the introduction of new technologies across analysis processes and software platforms. Monitoring quality trends, managing non-conformance findings, and driving closure of audit actions resulting from internal and external feedback. Driving root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the analysis function. Serving as the technical reference point and troubleshooting lead for the VECTRA product line. Acting as the primary point of contact for triaging and prioritizing cases raised through the Analysis Software Support Workflow. Collaborating with Analysis and Software teams to schedule support activities and monitor costs against established budgets. Driving software quality, testing, and release activities to ensure production analysis is completed using the latest approved software versions. Acting as the Voice of the Customer by supporting software development projects aimed at optimizing and standardizing analysis processes across MFL technologies. To be successful in this role you will: Have a degree in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent technical discipline with a strong practical and technical background. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing VECTRA inspection data. Have certification as a minimum Level 2 Analyst with quality assurance experience in VECTRA Technology. Have a detailed, analytical, and process-oriented approach with the ability to drive issues to timely and effective resolutions. Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills. Have experience in root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and quality management systems. Have experience presenting complex technical concepts and solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner. Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of new technologies and products. Have the flexibility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt effectively to changing business needs.
