Información clave: Equipo: Ingeniería y Mantenimiento Localización: Lima Perú Nivel de experiencia: 6 años Tipo de trabajo: Presencial Principales tareas: Diseñar y administrar el Programa de Integridad Mecánica de tanques y tuberías. Elaborar planes de inspección basados en riesgo. Analizar resultados de medición de espesores y ensayos END. Definir estrategias de reparación, reemplazo o mitigación. Gestionar programas de hermeticidad conforme a exigencias regulatorias. Elaborar matrices de riesgo de activos críticos. Liderar investigaciones de fallas y fugas. Coordinar inspecciones con terceros certificados. Desarrollar indicadores de fiabilidad e integridad. Gestionar presupuestos CAPEX y OPEX asociados a integridad de activos. Liderar auditorías técnicas y regulatorias. Emitir recomendaciones técnicas para asegurar la continuidad operacional. Qué ofrecemos: Contrato indefinido EPS Capacitación constante Posibilidad de crecimiento Encajarás en el puesto si: Ingeniero Mecánico, Ingeniero Mecánico Eléctrico, colegiado y habilitado con experiencia profesional de 6 años como mínimo en posiciones afines en sectores de hidrocarburos o energía. Experiencia profesional no menor a 6 años en programas de fiabilidad, integridad mecánica o gestión de activos en: tanques de almacenamiento de combustibles, tuberías de combustibles líquidos, terminales de hidrocarburos, plantas industriales, estaciones de servicio, refinerías o plantas. Certificaciones requeridas: API 580 (Risk Based Inspection), API 581 (RBI Methodology), API 653 (Tank Inspection, Repair, Alteration and Reconstruction), API 570 (Piping Inspector). Conocimiento de las siguientes herramientas: SAP, Power BI, MS Project, Microsoft Office (avanzado) y AutoCAD (deseable).
