What you will do Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles; lead intake meetings and validate requisitions. Align sourcing plans with business goals and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and delivery of high-quality shortlists. Provide market insights (e.g., talent trends, compensation benchmarks) to inform hiring decisions. Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage relationships through offers and negotiations. Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
