Location: Bagdad, Arizona Job Summary The Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of health and safety programs across a large-scale industrial construction project. This role ensures compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and applicable regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture through field engagement, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct site inspections, safety audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations, implementing corrective actions where required. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence. Coordinate and support health and safety projects and initiatives. Liaise with regulatory agencies during inspections and ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and other applicable standards. Provide health and safety guidance to construction, maintenance, and operations teams during project execution. Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, communication, and employee engagement. Prepare safety reports, maintain documentation, and communicate findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.
