Activities To govern CPF/BVS on-plot Interface Management and ensure cross-package integration at all onshore battery limits in line with the project IMS governance (New PRODOM). To maintain permanent control of CPF/BVS battery limits by defining tie points, scope demarcation/termination responsibilities and acceptance criteria for each boundary (CV/IP/EL/TE), including associated control/ICSS & telecom integration requirements, testing/commissioning evidence and as-built documentation. To coordinate CPF/BVS corridor interfaces on the CPF/BVS sides (valves/spools/FOJB/electrical terminations/earthing) and ensure clash-free execution at tie-in points. To ensure CPF-side readiness of export tie-ins and utilities interfaces (SCP, DGN/SBQ, BP, Azersu, AzerEnerji) by controlling CPF battery limit deliverables, documentation and handover packs. To manage the interface with the Onshore Pipelines corridor execution (ONS scope under EPSCC) for all off-plot connections to CPF/BVS, ensuring field changes are controlled and reflected in as-built interface data. To ensure that all interface requirements are embedded into contractor deliverables (tie-in lists, layout/interface drawings, test packs) and remain consistent with Exhibit A / Attachment A2 and IRM/IBoD principles. To ensure controlled management of CPF-related Company Provided Items (CPIs/LLIs) impacting interfaces, including receipt readiness, preservation constraints and interface handover traceability as applicable. To coordinate with Telecom/ICSS integration stakeholders (CPF CCR/TER/CTR, BVS instrument room, EPS/BWN) to ensure CPF-side architecture readiness, cybersecurity constraints and interface testing prerequisites. To manage interface actions and decisions through New PRODOM workflows, ensuring traceability, timely closure and documented approvals for changes affecting CPF battery limits. To chair regular CPF interface meetings/workshops with Contractor SPOCs and Company discipline leads, maintaining a decision log and preventing rework across disciplines. To identify interface-driven risks and opportunities affecting CPF/BVS execution and propose mitigations through early clarification, boundary reinforcement and documented decisions. To prepare concise weekly highlights and contribute to monthly interface reporting (open actions, boundary changes, critical interface risks, readiness status) for the Projects Interface Manager and PMT. To ensure final interface close-out at CPF/BVS boundaries by validating completeness of test records, as-builts, redlines and handover dossiers required for commissioning/start-up. To identify interface-driven risks (technical, schedule, execution, SIMOPS) arising from SURF/SPS/ASPL and register them in the Project Risk Register in line with COMPANY procedures. To coordinate definition and implementation of mitigation actions, ensuring risks are properly monitored, updated and escalated where required.
