Roles and Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components and equipment following engineered drawings and established procedures
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy, functionality, and quality standards
Operate hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints with precision
Maintain an organized, clean work area and properly care for company tools
Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns
Adhere to all Health & Safety, Security, Compliance, and Environmental policies
Skills and Education
1–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions in English
Good verbal communication skills and team collaboration abilities
Basic computer proficiency
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment
Experience with rubber molding or rubber injection manufacturing processes
