Program Summary KBR sustains the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Djibouti, Africa, Camp Lemonnier Naval Base. Our services encompass program management, contingency and expeditionary, asset management and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. KBR ensures the base operates smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution. Job Summary Responsible for the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services. Recommends and coordinates the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project. Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the customer. Roles and Responsibilities Utilize established operational plans, policies, and procedures to coordinate facility maintenance activities and ensure the effective delivery of support services. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer work order inquiries, providing timely resolution of service issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of departmental safety, work order tracking, and reporting programs. Coordinate work control activities and support project functions to ensure efficient execution of maintenance and service requests. Facilitate communication and coordination among Facilities, Fire Department, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and other stakeholders to deliver timely customer support. Monitor and troubleshoot work control system issues, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments. Create, prioritize, and dispatch unscheduled work orders to the appropriate trade disciplines and departments for execution. Maintain accurate dual-entry records of all unscheduled work orders in both KBR and NAVY Maximo systems within established timelines and conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity. Analyze work management processes, conduct daily system audits, and develop performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Respond to data calls, reports, and Requests for Information (RFIs) within established service-level requirements. Identify and report discrepancies between asset and location data in Maximo systems and coordinate corrective actions with responsible stakeholders. Monitor recurring maintenance issues, notify supervisors and facilities personnel, and recommend long-term repair or replacement solutions. Partner with customers to ensure operational priorities, schedules, and objectives are achieved and effectively communicated to management. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety by actively participating in operational meetings and toolbox talks. Collaborate with Environmental, Safety, and Shared Services teams to support contract and operational requirements. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred. Experience in facilities management, maintenance operations, work control, dispatching, customer service, or a related field. Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably IBM Maximo. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Strong organizational, administrative, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
