Vendor Training Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, administration, and continuous improvement of technical training programs for operational personnel. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, external training providers, and OEM vendors to ensure high-quality learning initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administer technical training programs for operations personnel. Develop annual training plans, training calendars, and KPIs. Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and training institutions. Manage training logistics including venue bookings, learner registrations, and attendance. Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) records and generate training reports. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports on training performance. Support budgeting and cost forecasting for training activities. Ensure training delivery aligns with contractual, operational, and business requirements. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Minimum 6 years' experience in training coordination, learning & development, or technical training administration. Experience planning and coordinating corporate training programs. Strong experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS). SAP exposure preferred. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent English communication skills. Strong stakeholder coordination, planning, and organizational abilities.
