Senior Proposals Manager

Lead end to end tender and proposal submissions from opportunity through to award. Develop tender strategies, win themes, methodologies and submission plans. Coordinate estimating, engineering, commercial and operational inputs. Manage tender programmes, deadlines, reviews and submission quality. Prepare and review EOIs, tenders, capability statements and presentations. Work with senior management to develop commercial and strategic bid positioning. Support post tender negotiations, clarifications and project handover.
