Supply Chain Manager

Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve service levels, operational efficiency, and cost performance. Ensure optimal inventory management and demand planning to support business continuity. Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders. Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the Life Sciences industry. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team.
