This executive role will lead a geographically dispersed operation, driving safety, service excellence, financial performance, workforce capability, and client satisfaction across multiple sites. Reporting to a senior executive leader, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction while ensuring the consistent delivery of accommodation, hospitality, retail, cleaning, facilities and support services within complex remote environments. Key Responsibilities Lead a large-scale portfolio of remote operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent performance and service outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic partner. Drive operational improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer experience and business performance. Develop high-performing leadership teams through coaching, succession planning and capability development. Foster a strong safety culture with a focus on risk management, compliance and continuous improvement. Deliver commercial objectives through effective financial management, forecasting and cost control. Provide leadership during periods of change, growth and operational transformation. Align people, resources and operational priorities to support long-term business success. About You You are a proven senior leader with a background in managing large, complex service operations within remote, mining, energy, defence, facilities management, hospitality, resources or similarly challenging environments. You will bring: Extensive experience leading multi-site remote operations. Strong commercial and financial management capability. Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship skills. Demonstrated success managing large operational teams. Experience leading cultural transformation and organisational improvement initiatives. A strong commitment to safety leadership and compliance.
