What does the job involve? Responsible for accounting tasks related with Plan to Pay process. Responsible for Travel and Expense process. Assisting in accounting tasks related to day-to-day activities related with accounting and statutory reporting area. Supporting the team during preparation of Financial Statements, MEC process and external audit. Ensure compliance and quality in deliveries. Please note that this is a fixed term position (3 years). What will my tasks be? Within this position, your key tasks will be to: Assist in the accounting tasks. Assist in invoice handling process. Support Plan to Pay process in creating Purchase Requisitions and performing Service Entries/ Goods' receipt confirmation. Perform controls over Travel and Expense reports. Assist in preparation of statutory accounts. Assist in statutory reporting to GUS (Main Statistical Office) and NBP (National Bank of Poland). Reconcile subledgers and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Assist with and prepare parts of the PL and BS analysis. Prepare relevant SOX documentation to ensure financial compliance. Assist in the external audits and provide support during audit processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting and reporting processes, including digital solutions.
