Partner with the best As a Subsea Systems and Project Engineering Manager (PEM), you will be challenged to lead and control the System Engineering & Product Line Packages (e.g. XT, Controls, etc.) in a global environment, where you will be required to act in a global project, support technology development and execution at a system coordination level. You will be supporting the project management and x-functional (sourcing, quality, materials, etc.) teams, interacting with Customers globally and providing technical and management expertise during project execution activities. As a Subsea Systems and Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing an EPC Engineering level plan (together with a dedicated planner) with dates and resources for project execution in accordance with other x-functional lines (e.g. sourcing, manufacturing, testing, project management, etc.) and contract dates; Controlling Project Engineering Plan, Scope and Resources (personal, hours, budgets, etc.); Driving and supporting other PEMs within the scoped product lines on daily and weekly challenges; Interfacing and leading customer subjects; Liaising with clients at a technical and management level to ensure their needs are being met and ensuring they are aware of the data input requirements to allow the study to proceed on-schedule; Securing engineering deliveries and on time delivery; Reporting to global leaders on project progress and technical challenges through PMR meetings, and escalating or raising requests for support when needed; Coordinating with different engineering managers on resources required to execute the scope; Developing and Controlling Master Document Register; Keeping project communication clear and transparent across different product lines and stakeholders, in addition to securing interfaces exchange and closure across different product lines; Securing customer and international standards requirements addressment, providing system design inputs to other engineering product lines where needed. Working collaborative with a global engineering community. Communicating with Customers globally, mostly in English language. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a MSc or BSc degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Controls Engineering or equivalent as required with extensive experience in a similar role; Have broad knowledge of processes, methods and procedures within project and engineering management; Have proven experience in project execution and engineering management activities, covering scope and resources control; Have proven experience in design and selection across one or more of the following: Field architecture / Flow assurance / System Analysis / Interface Management / Requirement Management / Process engineering / Subsea Production Systems / Risers, flowlines and pipelines / Control systems / Constructability and installation; Have demonstrable depth of experience in project engineering within a multi-disciplinary environment; Be available to travel internationally for project needs and for short-term assignments; A Cost & Schedule driven mindset; Proactiveness and engagement to cover daily tasks; Quick learning and resilience skills set to a changing scenario; Availability to travel and support work fronts in different locations in the globe.
