Fuel Your Passion As a Parts maker, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by producing high-quality standardized component parts in a safe and cost-effective manner. You will leverage manufacturing equipment, blueprint interpretation, and quality inspection techniques to ensure products meet customer requirements and company standards. Through your commitment to quality, productivity, and safety, you will help deliver exceptional products and services to our customers. As a Parts maker, you will be responsible for: Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and work orders to manufacture component parts accurately. Performing layouts and preparing materials for production activities. Operating presses, punches, nibbler cutters, co-bots, robotics, and automation equipment to form materials and produce stock parts. Forming, cutting, trimming, filing, grinding, buffing, deburring, spot welding, assembling, and marking parts according to specifications. Cutting discs and rings using appropriate tools and machinery. Inspecting manufactured parts using calipers, dial indicators, gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment. Recording inspection data and ensuring conformance to quality standards and specifications. Complying with company productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout all manufacturing activities. Operating forklifts as required to support production and material movement. Supporting continuous manufacturing operations by performing additional duties based on workload and business needs. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment while following all manufacturing procedures and company policies. To Be Successful in This Role, You Will: Have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification. Have 1-3 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Have previous experience in a production-related role within a manufacturing setting. Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Have basic mathematics, measurement, and reading skills. Have computer skills sufficient to utilize ERP systems and manufacturing software. Have working knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment and production processes. Have experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, dial indicators, and micrometers. Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety. Have the ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines. Have strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions. Have the physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts. Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required. Have the ability to safely use manufacturing tools, machinery, and required personal protective equipment. Have flexibility and willingness to work overtime, alternate shifts, and weekends based on business requirements.
