Our client is currently seeking an experienced Structure Supervisor to support a major FPSO project. The role is responsible for supervising structural fabrication, assembly, erection, and installation activities within the Engine Room (E/Rm), Living Quarters (LQ), and fabrication areas, ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise structural fabrication, fit-up, erection, and installation works. Monitor subcontractors and workforce productivity. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and class requirements. Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams. Conduct inspections and resolve construction issues. Ensure daily progress reporting and work planning. Diploma/Technical qualification in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of structural supervision experience in shipyard, offshore, or FPSO projects. Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding, and structural installation. Experience in Engine Room and Living Quarters construction preferred. FPSO Experience Minimum 3-5 years of FPSO project experience. Experience in FPSO newbuild, conversion, offshore module fabrication, or marine construction projects. Familiarity with offshore construction standards and shipyard execution environments.
