We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical construction and installation activities within a major yard-based project in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical installation activities carried out by contractors and subcontractors. Monitor cable pulling, cable termination, electrical equipment installation, and testing activities. Coordinate daily construction activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule. Conduct inspections and verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Review and close punch list items. Support pre-commissioning and system handover activities. Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and permit-to-work requirements. Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project stakeholders. Diploma, Technical Certificate or equivalent in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years' experience in oil & gas, FPSO projects. Proven experience supervising electrical installation works. Familiarity with LV/HV systems, switchboards, transformers and power distribution systems. Strong understanding of construction safety practices. Singapore work experience preferred.
