Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 8+ years of hands‑on professional experience to join a high‑performing engineering team. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high‑quality applications while actively contributing to architecture and technical decision‑making. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions across backend and frontend systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and/or .NET Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using Angular or React.js Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver complete software solutions Ensure high code quality through testing, best practices, and peer code reviews Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical direction Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑based deployments Apply security best practices throughout the development lifecycle Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of professional experience in full stack software development Strong backend development experience with Python, .NET (C#), and/or Java Solid frontend development experience with Angular or React.js Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Strong knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases Experience building or supporting ETL / ELT data pipelines Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Good understanding of software security best practices Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills Proficient in spoken and written English Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Nice to Have Experience in the Oil & Gas industry Experience working on large‑scale or enterprise systems Exposure to data‑intensive or high‑availability systems With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
