Senior Installation Supervisor

Senior Installation Supervisor Qualification B.Sc. Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering or equivalent. Additional certifications in Safety, Quality, or Construction Management are preferred. Experience Minimum 12 years of offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPIC project experience. Hands-on experience with offshore platforms, jackets, subsea pipelines, risers, J-tubes, and umbilicals. Strong background in FEED, construction supervision, load-out activities, material inspection, and contractor management. Ability to review construction drawings, method statements, ITPs, schedules, and contractor deliverables. Excellent English communication and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise offshore installation activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and approved procedures. Review and approve construction engineering documents, method statements, and installation plans. Monitor contractor performance, manpower, equipment utilization, and construction progress. Participate in constructability, HAZOP, SIMOPS, lifting, and risk review workshops. Identify construction risks, recommend mitigation measures, and ensure implementation. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, contractors, and vendors. Maintain daily progress reports and highlight project risks, delays, and corrective actions.
