This Senior Leader/Expert Professional position is focused on high-level leadership, organisational direction, and measurable operational improvement. The Senior Leader/Expert Professional will play an important role in mentoring colleagues and advancing LEAN application across the wider business group. Role Context This role sits within the unconventional sector and supports deployment planning activity across a global business line environment. The position is aligned to complex and large-scale project work and operates within a strategic leadership setting. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced executive-level leadership and strategic direction across complex project activity. Act as a subject matter expert to support the development of deployment plans for LEAN applications. Advise, mentor, and assist colleagues in executing deployment plans effectively. Support the continued advancement of LEAN application across the Unconventional business group. Contribute strategic insight to improve organisational and cross-company performance, policies, and programmes. Guide high-level operational and departmental goal setting, policy direction, and procedure development were required.
