Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of architecturally designed custom homes Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards on site Ensure compliance with building codes, QBCC regulations, OH&S, and company procedures Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials, reporting progress and resolving delays Inspect all work for quality control, ensuring premium finishes are achieved in line with high-end specifications Manage defect rectification and handover processes to ensure smooth project completion and client satisfaction
