Learning Specialist Advisor

Reporting to the Change Management Lead, this role will partner with global teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to design, develop and deploy learning materials, manage training delivery activities, and support learning governance and compliance requirements. Design and develop learning solutions and role-based curricula using SAP S/HANA Create instructor-led training materials, job aids, simulations and videos Partner with global teams and vendors to localise learning content Support curriculum development and learning deployment planning Engage with business leaders, SMEs and project stakeholders regarding learning activities and schedules Utilise Workday Learning, Degreed (iLearn), CMS and WalkMe Support UAT activities, deployment, reporting and adoption tracking Maintain learning governance, standards and documentation Coordinate training scheduling, tracking and deployment activities Manage vendor relationships, contracts and deliverables
