🚨 Project Superintendent – Data Center Construction 📍 Killeen, TX | On-Site We’re looking for an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center construction projects in Killeen, TX. This is a great opportunity for a construction leader who knows how to drive safety, schedule, quality, productivity, and subcontractor performance on complex mission-critical projects. What You’ll Do Lead and manage day-to-day field operations Coordinate subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment Develop and maintain project schedules and weekly work plans Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance Lead coordination meetings and resolve constructability issues Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, subcontractors, and project teams Oversee punch list completion, startup, and commissioning activities Lead and develop field personnel and subcontractor teams What We’re Looking For 3–10+ years of construction superintendent experience , depending on project level Experience managing data center or similar mission-critical facilities Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and safety Proven experience leading subcontractors and field teams Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Project Levels Project Superintendent I: Projects up to $20M | Typically 3–5 years’ experience Project Superintendent II: Projects $20M–$50M | Typically 5–10 years’ experience Pay & Perks: Salary + 20% uplift weekly per diem $7,500 one-time mobilization bonus $1,000/month travel allowance to visit home Competitive weekly salary Bonus eligibility Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) + 401(k) Health coverage beginning on your first day Flexible Time Off Health Savings and Wellness benefits Life and disability insurance Educational assistance Employee-owner perks and wellness programs Opportunity for long-term career growth with a 100% employee-owned organization With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
