<br> <div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Job Purpose</H2> </div><div><p>Advise, lead and manage the establishment, implementation and monitoring of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategies, policies and framework to enable Company enhance performance and resilience with minimal or no disruption to Company’s operations.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Job Specific Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Enterprise Risk Management</strong><br />•    Lead, develop, design, and continuously update a corporate Integrated Risk Management strategy, philosophy, Policy, Framework, Manuals, procedures, guidelines to ensure that they are current for consistent basis for implementation.<br />•    Advise on the integration of the risk management policy and strategy into Company’s business strategy and business plans including the consideration of Risk Management in investment decisions.<br />•    Ensure the implementation of Risk Management policies, procedures, controls for effective establishment of Risk Management process in all critical business processes.<br />•    Provide support and guidance to Divisions on the application of Company’s Risk Management Framework to ensure consistency of approach across the Company.<br /><strong>Risk Governance </strong><br />•    Establish Risk Management Committees for periodic review of Risk for communication and escalation of existing and emerging risks in order to effectively manage risks.<br />•    Identify and ensure resolution of Risk Management issues to ensure consistency in implementation of ERM.<br />•    Act as the Secretary to the Corporate Risk Management Committee and participate in other Risk Committees to provide advice to the committee members to execute their Risk Management responsibilities effectively.<br /><strong>Risk identification, Assessment & Evaluation</strong><br />•    Lead and conduct Risk Assessment workshops to ensure that the risks are identified, assessed, evaluated and appropriate mitigation plans are implemented to keep the residual risks at the acceptable levels of Company’s risk appetite.<br />•    Establish and maintain a Risk Evaluation methodology in line with Risk management framework ensuring all risks are compared against the approved risk criteria to determine the significance of the risk and its resolutions.<br />•    Ensure maintenance of comprehensive and up-to-date risk registers and data quality of risk management systems. <br /><strong>Enterprise Risk Management System </strong><br />•    Act as the custodian of the Quality Audit Risk and Action Tracking System and liaise with the Vendor for smooth upkeep, maintenance, enhancement of the application and ensure training of End users for effective use of the system.<br /><strong>Reporting and Monitoring:</strong><br />•    Provide periodic or adhoc reports to Corporate Risk Management Committee and Audit Committee regarding the level of risk associated with any given area of the business, including technical risks. Address the key issues with mitigation possibilities to communicate to the Audit Committee and senior management.<br />•    Prepare annual statements on Risk Management for inclusion in the Annual Corporate and Social Responsibility report.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Minimum Qualification</H2> </div><div><p>Bachelor Degree in Sciences or Engineering, with an additional professional qualification in Enterprise Risk, Business Continuity and/or Compliance Management .</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills</H2> </div><div><p>12 years of experience professional experience with an Operations background and risk management, compliance roles, etc. in the oil/gas industry, with at least 5 years in a similar management role.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Professional Certifications</H2> </div><div><p>As applicable</p></div></div></div><br>
