<br> <p><strong>JOB PURPOSE </strong></p><p> </p><p>Supervises the maintenance activities related to Rigging and Heavy Lifting. Monitors work</p><p>execution and provides guidance to ensure safe practices in accordance with HSE requirements in the</p><p>participating OPCO's. Contributes towards achieving efficient, timely and quality completion of the jobs with</p><p>respect to HSE compliance in close interaction with participating OPCOs (ADNOC Refining, ADNOC Fertilizers</p><p>and Borouge). Assists to prepare procedures / work methodology to perform jobs in a professional manner and</p><p>to suit the intended purpose.</p><p>Maintains and updates maintenance program to ensure functional reliability and fitness of equipment &</p><p>machines all times.</p><p> </p><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>• Supervises the activities of assigned personnel for Rigging and Heavy Lift jobs. Performs supervisory</p><p>functions at the level established by RSI-CMS management for the position.</p><p>• Receives planned and adhoc job requests from CMS Business Support Team for activities related to</p><p>Manual and critical Rigging works.</p><p>• Reviews techniques for work, allocates assignments and provides technical guidance for the job.</p><p>• Inspects completed work for conformity to requirements as per the defined procedures.</p><p>• Organizes and coordinates with respective functions to execute all types of Rigging & Material handling</p><p>activities released by planning.</p><p>• Supervises all types of maintenance activities related to Heavy lifting works, Manual Rigging, Material</p><p>Handling, & High Elevated field lifting works.</p><p>• Monitors work execution and provides guidance to ensure conformity to statutory, company regulations</p><p>and international standards.</p><p>• Carries out review of Rigging Plans in coordination with Rigging Engineer in accordance with</p><p>international safety standards and guidelines.</p><p>• Participates in and conducts daily /weekly safety toolbox talks with team of contractors. Conversant with</p><p>ADNOC's Health, Safety Environment and Fire Policy, Procedures, Regulations and Objectives Ensures compliance of check lists prepared & signed off for Lifting activities and equipment to be used</p><p>on daily basis.</p><p>• Carries out regular inspections of work areas at site to ensure that safe working conditions are provided,</p><p>and usage of certified equipment & tools along with required PPEs are in accordance with operating</p><p>instructions.</p><p>Budgets</p><p>• Provide input for preparation of the Department / Section budgets and assist in the implementation of</p><p>the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.</p><p>• Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.</p><p>Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures</p><p>• Implement approved Department / Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in</p><p>order to support execution of the Section's work programs in line with Company and International</p><p>standards.</p><p>• Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.</p><p>Innovation and Continuous Improvement</p><p>• Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational</p><p>processes.</p><p>• Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line</p><p>with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.</p><p>Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability</p><p>• Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability</p><p>guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.</p><p>• Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.</p><p>Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.</p><p> </p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. </li><li>7 years of job experience in Rigging and Heavy Lifting maintenance services preferably within a plant in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.</li><li> Highly skilled in rigging jobs, good knowledge of rigging signs and should be good in communicating signals to the crane operator for safe completion of job.</li><li>Business Communication, industry standards, practices and protocols</li><li>Familiar various types of activities like Manual rigging arrangements, Lifting procedures, plan and Rigging techniques. </li><li>Good knowledge of computer skills (MS Office tools, Auto CAD). CMMS knowledge, Report writing, presentation skills and Team Player.</li></ul><br>
