Leading the engineering function across the Gas East portfolio. Building a cohesive, high-performing engineering leadership team. Driving engineering standards, governance and technical assurance. Improving asset integrity, reliability and process safety. Supporting major maintenance and operational optimisation. Partnering closely with Operations to improve engineering performance. Working collaboratively with the Central Engineering & Technical Services function to ensure engineering standards and processes are consistently applied. Developing trusted relationships across the broader leadership team.
