Job Group Capability Data Science, Digital & Analytics Job Group Digital Enablement Job Role Description About the Role Ensure system up time / critical issue resolution is top priority and downtime is communicated timely Collaborate on implementation of existing and emerging digital technologies to promote industry leading solutions Function as the primary interface between the businesses, SC DNA team, and the EMIT Applications organization Provide customer centric business systems and services Support business operational efficiency and effectiveness Ensures system process design and automation are capable of meeting business requirements Strive to implement and maintain globally consistent processes Advise on existing system processes and functionality Ensure system controls are in place and maintained Focus on continuous improvement opportunities in system processes and design Leverage/extend systems platform and functionality to cover new business cases Represent general interests and cross functional awareness of systems functionality and limitations Ensure system compliance with Tax/Legal/Regulatory requirements Understand and facilitate governance structure On going education of R&R between I&BT and EMIT Two years contract position Job Role Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Interface with systems governance bodies, and support user networks Provide pre IT support directly to business users and communities of practices as required Co-Prioritize break fix and system enhancements with Process Advisors, Product owners and EMIT in line with business needs Guide and shape the design of system solutions for growth projects, divestments and new business models Support management of change and testing/implementation of such system solutions and other IT projects (e.g., support pack upgrades, disaster recovery) Review and endorse system change requests Assists in process and application self-assessments and audits Provide system and business process input to project activities when requested Support Maintenance of process executed in the system Qualifications & Experience Willingness and aptitude to learn about systems and its related applications Good business judgement and end-to-end understanding of current EMPS environment Strong analytical skills and ability to run simulations to repeat issues, identify work arounds and test solutions Strong process orientation and change management skills with flexibility on changing priorities Strong interpersonal/team collaboration skills to influence final system design Working knowledge of systems being currently in use : SAP, EM and TM (preferred) Understanding of digital concepts (big data, API’s, programming languages etc.) (preferred) Being able to say no to and prioritize on what is most business-critical Strong awareness of Controls Problem solving and decision making Oral and written communication Innovation and creativity Functional Skills Alternate Location: Nothing herein is intended to override the corporate separateness of local entities.
