Job Role Description
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support a large-scale transformation project focused on process improvement, systems implementation, and organizational change. In this role, you will contribute to Management of Change (MOC), communication, cutover and training activities, helping ensure that new ways of working are effectively adopted across the organization.
This role will partner with different teams to prepare materials, organize activities, and support project execution. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership of deliverables, and develop strong communication and project coordination skills in a dynamic environment.
This role supports a global digital transformation program involving process standardization, system implementation, and organizational change across multiple business functions.

Job Role Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Support management of change and organizational readiness activities for transformation initiatives.
Develop communication materials, presentations, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
Assist in cutover planning and execution to ensure smooth transition to new processes and systems.
Document business processes, procedures, and project deliverables.
Track project activities, action items, and milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions and functions.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to support continuous improvement efforts.
Support project governance activities, meetings, and status reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
Exposure to change management or transformation projects through academic coursework, internships, or professional experience
Basic understanding of process mapping and documentation methodologies
Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Experience
Early professional experience (up to 5 years) in project support, process improvement, operations, business transformation, or similar areas
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and global teams
Experience preparing presentations, reports, or other business communication materials
Exposure to supporting projects in dynamic and evolving environments
Experience contributing ideas and solutions to improve processes, communications, or team
Technical Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while proactively seeking guidance when needed
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to create structured, visually engaging presentations and communication materials
Creative thinking and content development skills for effective messaging and stakeholder engagement
Ability to document processes and maintain clear project documentation
Comfortable using collaboration tools and working in cross-functional, global environments
