Aligning with global brand & communications strategies. Digital Marketing & Communication Build a strong digital foundation for customer engagement across all touchpoints. Drive online-to-offline conversion—from mobile to forecourt/storefront. Manage Shell’s digital channels: LINE Official Account, website, Facebook, mobile app etc. Customer Experience & Innovation Develop in-store digital experiences: screens, pickup systems, signage, connected vehicles. Create seamless customer journeys across digital and physical platforms. Media & Campaign Management Oversee paid, owned, and earned media strategies (search, influencers, partnerships). Inspire and manage creative, media, CRM, and digital agencies. Ensure relevant and effective digital communication. Social Media & Reputation Lead social media community management and social listening. Protect and enhance Shell’s brand reputation online. Performance & Optimization Track digital performance and analyze data for budget and strategy improvements.
