Operations Technician (Operations, Maintenance & Facilities) About the Role On behalf of our Client, we are looking for a practical, reliable and safety-conscious Operations Technician. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site, ensuring facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained. Working as part of the Operations, Maintenance & Facilities team, you'll undertake a wide range of tasks, from winter maintenance and general site upkeep to supporting operational activities and assisting contractors. This is a role that requires someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is willing to take on a wide range of operational and maintenance tasks. No two days are the same, and full in-house training will be provided where required. Key Responsibilities Carry out operations, maintenance and facilities work as directed by the Operations, Maintenance & Facilities Lead. Complete work orders safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Undertake winter maintenance activities, including gritting roads, paths and car parks. Carry out general maintenance and handyman duties across the site. Operate site vehicles and equipment where appropriately trained and authorised. Support third-party contractors working on site, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with site requirements. Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the facility. Comply with all company Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with colleagues and be willing to support a variety of operational tasks as business needs require.
