Network Engineering Manager

About the Role As the Network Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of highly skilled network engineers responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of NOV's global enterprise network. Reporting directly to the Director, IT Networking, you will define network engineering standards, guide technical strategy, and ensure our global infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and ready to support the future needs of the business. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while developing people and building high-performing engineering teams. You will play a key role in driving network automation, cloud connectivity, security improvements, and engineering best practices while enabling the business to continue operating safely and efficiently. About the Team You will lead a team of Network Engineers and Architects based in Norway and collaborate daily with colleagues across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and other global locations. The team partners closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Project Management, and Operations to deliver enterprise-wide technology solutions.
